Does anyone have patterns for small animal heads that can be used on toddlers shirt, jeans, etc? They are usually made of felt. Thanks for any information you have.

When I need a cute picture for an appliqué or a simple design to make a mobile or a paper cut-out. I'll search the web for kids coloring pages. These are the easiest designs to trace & copy. You can shrink them down with your copier, scanner, computer or at your local print shop on a full size copier. There are LOTS of free kids coloring sites on the internet. Just trace the design on to the felt then cut it out. You can either do an appliqué with zig-zag around it & interfacing under the fabric your zig-zaging, OR you can stitch the felt inside out with interfacing towards the "right" side, then slice the interfacing through the middle then turn the felt to right-side-out then press it flat & stitch on with regular top stitching.
