My tip is actually a time saving tip with cooking. I make several potato dishes each week. Fried potatoes, oven fried with seasonings, baked, mashed, hash-browns, etc. I wash and scrub small to medium whole potatoes with the skin on them and I boil several extra so that the next night I can use them for fries or oven fry, mashed potatoes, etc. I can also make potato salad each night by using this method. To improve the flavor and keep potatoes white, when boiling add 1/4 cup of milk.
