What better way to celebrate the independence of our great nation than with the brilliant color and spectacular display of fireworks. We live on a lake and our little town puts on quite a show over our dam. Our neighbors bring their chairs and gather around on our lawn to enjoy the show. This past July 4th I was so fortunate to capture these firebursts of color.

I'd enjoy painting these pictures...it'd be
a challenge. The way the colors "drip" is very
interesting. They are beautiful.
