Under-the-sea is a classic, and also my favorite. A luau or fiesta would also be fun. You could even try to have a decade of time dance (50s, 60s, etc.) Have fun and enjoy yourself =)) -m
Try a theme from a certain country. I would suggest a Mexican theme, I was really into that when I was in Jr High. Hope it works out OK.
Try a neon. Make it so fun and loud. You'll have the party to remember :D Enjoy :P(
Decades dances are always popular with that age group. They can dress up in outfits of the decade you choose. Plus, it's really easy to decorate. Add some colorful streamers and some records/plastic beads/tie die/disco balls, depending on the decade you choose.
