Place tomato juice, beef broth, 1 broth can water and ham shanks in large kettle. Bring to a boil; reduce to simmer. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Remove shanks from kettle. Chop meat; return to stock. Add next 7 ingredients. Add next 5 ingredients. Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until macaroni is done. Top with Parmesan cheese.
