I called Sealy, they then gave me a Biddiford phone number, 1-800-789-6441. They were very helpful and will replace the faulty controller, no cost to me. Excellent service.

Thank you so much for this information. Our blanket is 12 years old and the controller is discontinued. What did the company do you ask?
