My daughter left her computer in the hot car it now has a shatter symbol on the screen. Is there anything she can do to repair it?

Why not take the puter to a place that repairs puters and ask them if it is salvageable. They would know what has to be done.
A shatter will not be something you can fix on your own. Take it back to the place you go it from, and hopefully you have some type of warranty on it. Good luck.
