I believe on the Dr. Oz show today he said to make this drink use: Agave Nectar - 1 tbsp., sea salt - 1/2 tsp., a bit of baking soda - 1/4 tsp., and good water - 4 cups. Is this correct? What portions?

Dr Oz just put it up on his site:
Maximize your workout and prevent dehydration with this electrolyte recipe:
Ingredients:
1 liter of water
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2 tablespoons of agave nectar
1/2 tablespoon of sea salt
doctoroz.com/
Electrolyte drink
1 quart boiled water
2 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp.baking soda
Can be kept in refrigerator for 24 hours, and then a new batch should be made. good luck.
I watched the show today on the rerun of it and still am not positive I got it all. They breezed by it so fast and they need to make their website more user friendly IMHO. I looked for it there and didn't see it. Maybe they will put it up later. It was trainer Bob Harper who was a guest that day that offered it so maybe it is on the Biggest Loser site as well.
This is what I heard:
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Tablespoon sea salt
2 Tablespoons agave nectar
water
He just said to mix it into your workout water bottle so no water quantity given.
Edit: on Bob Harper's facebook wall there was an entry (by Arianna Fontana) today that confirmed the above recipe.
