Easy to make and like comfort food.
Cook the brown rice in the chicken broth until done. Drain and save broth.
Saute onion and garlic.
Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of cheese. Add 1/2 of saved broth. Put in a 2 quart greased (I used butter) covered casserole dish, sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
