These taste similar to pizza rolls or maybe Hot Pockets (which I've never tasted). This is easy, economical and taste great! I came up with this myself but there may be something online somewhere.
You will need a large non-stick frying pan to hold the tortillas. Pour about a tablespoon of olive oil on one tortilla, place the other one on top and move them against each other, this will coat them both without getting your hands oily. Set one aside and place one oil side down in the pan. Spread a thin layer of sauce all over, about 1/2 inch from the edges. Lay pepperoni slices on top, sprinkle cheeses, and a dash of pepper. Now place the other tortilla on top oil side up. Cook on medium-high for about 5 minutes; watch the browning it should be a golden color. Now here is the only hard part (really not that hard), use a large spatula and flip it over. If this seems too difficult you could always slip it on to a plate, place the fry pan on top and turn it over. Of course like regular pizza you can add mushrooms, peppers, etc. just don't fill it too much or it may slip out when turning. This was a big hit with our family - ENJOY!
