This is the BEST casserole I've ever had. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large casserole dish or dutch oven spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well. In a 2-quart casserole stir together noodles, chicken or turkey, broccoli, and green onions.
