I just love the whole combination of ingredients in this salad. You could almost eat this as a main dish with the meat and veggies both in it. Very good!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 1 cup ham, cubed
- 1 cup carrot slices
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni. Add rest of ingredients and mix lightly. Chill several hours.
