Have you tried using Goo Gone? Also, a magic eraser might work. I have been spring cleaning my entire house. There hasn't been anything I couldn't clean with Goo Gone, a Magic Eraser, or CLR.
Good Luck!
I scrape off most of the label then use denatured alcohol to finish the job!

Glue Be Gone is another... works like a dream. So does liquid lighter fluid, but be careful and wash the bottle well after you remove the sticker. Don't smoke or use in the kitchen. Do it outside away from the house.
I used to use alcohol or acetone polish remover, then I remembered about using peanut butter or mayo to get gum out of kids hair (something about the oils). So, if the oil in PB or mayo gets out gum, why wouldn't baby oil (which is inexpensive, especially compared to specialized gummy remover stuff) work on gummy stuff?
