We need to come up with Peach Ice in honor of you for being Peachy Keen for sharing all of these with us :-)
Thank you so much Vi, for taking the time to do this for us. I can see from all the rest that it wouldn't be difficult to make an "ice" using other fruits and canned or bottled soda pops.
My first job was being a "soda jerk", and I was often asked for ice-cream specialties that I'd never heard of, so I had the opportunity of learning many different treats other than the old-time southern ice-cream types I was used to.
We were not used to adding ice to an ice-cream soda or a milk shake, but I found out that there are so many variations on the theme that just about anything goes. Depends entirely on the person's likes and what they'd been used to getting where they lived.
Thank goodness, I can still learn new things. We appreciate you so much.

Like the others, I thank you for these"cool"recipes. I also found pineapple extract! My life is almost complete! I just need more hours in the day to make a dent in Thrifty Fun Recipe box...
Thumbs up once again. Keeper
I've been looking for fruit ice and other recipes using stevia for sweetening. Any idea how to do this?
