I was exploring the country side in North Central Kansas and came upon this old farmstead. I sat in the path that use to be the drive and tried to visualize it as it once was with family and livestock. It was someone's dream farm once a long time ago.

Fascinating. Not too long ago you could find memories like this in southern England. I find it sad that our fields and old barns are being covered with more and more people boxes, more and more roads.
We have no room for history now.
