Dealing With Contacts While Camping

Recently I had gone camping with my family. I did not want to bring my glasses with me, as I wanted to continue wearing my contacts. Well when camping, there is not always a shower or running water on hand to get clean.

What I had done each morning and evening was to use Purell Hand Santizer to wash my hands prior to removing or inserting my contacts. I made sure my hands were dry prior to touching the contacts. Worked great.

Be careful about the hand santizer. Check out how much alcohol is in it.
