In a large skillet, saute the zucchini, onion, garlic and seasonings in butter until crisp tender. Gently stir in tomato wedges; sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand 1-2 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

I make something similar to this w/ tomato sauce and I bake it in the oven. However, I'm going to try this tonight as it will save time and energy and my kitchen will stay cooler!
