Farina Dumplings (Daragaluska)
2 Tbl. Butter
2 eggs
Farina or cream of wheat --1/4 tsp salt
Mix soft butter,salt, & eggs. Add farina 1/4 cup at a time till you have dumpling dough consistency. Add a little soup for moisture. When soup boils, cut in dumplings with a tsp. When they come to top cook 5 min.
It is pretty much made like the first person wrote except that you put some farmer cheese in it.Fry some crumbs to put on it. and eat it with out puting into soup
