Willow was my 2 year old Chihuahua. My daughter gave Willow to me. Willow loved to be near me and participate in anything I was doing. I've had a lot of pets in my lifetime, yet Willow was the one who stole my heart forever. She seemed to adore me in a time in my life I felt very alone. I looked forward to being with her just as much.
The one "game" she insisted on was to run away a few feet out the door so I would chase her. One day she ran in front of a car after running out the front door. The driver of the car was almost as heartbroken as I felt. It's been a few years since she died, but Willow is still the pet who has my heart.

Your little Willow was a beautiful dog! I have a little Pomeranian, that I am so attached to, and she is like you described Willow, she "adores" me and I her. I am so sorry about your loss. Maybe you will be able to have another little doggie to love. God Bless you.
Little Willow was such a beautiful little dog and she is so precious. I know that you were heartbroken when the accident happened. It made me tear up when I read your article, as I also had a miniature chihuahua and a teacup chihuahua and I still cry if I think about them. Their names were Tiny and Little Bit (Little Bit took sick when we went to Memphis to pick up our son and daughter in law and when we got back she was dying, she waited for us to get home before she went, which I am thankful for as I got to kiss her and say goodbye) they were both little girls and both the same color, a light brownish tan.
I too am sorry for your loss of your best friend (furbaby) Maybe some day soon you will be blessed with another one. God bless you and your loved ones.
Awww, Willow was such a cutie! I am sure you must miss her terribly. Thanks for sharing with us.
What beautiful memories you have had together! Willow will always be with you as long as you think of and remember her. What a beautiful girl!
Blessings, Robyn
