I just did this this morning and we are going to try washing it and I'll let you know if it works.
Did it work
I used oxiclean max force, 91% alcohol and a toothbrush. It's in the wash now hopefully it comes out ok I'm afraid to dry it, it's her baby blanket we caught it before it went into the wash and dryer
