If you have a difficult time not snacking in the evenings before bedtime, try this tip. After you finish eating dinner, immediately brush your teeth and floss or waterpik, whatever your routine, then rinse with mouthwash. Your mouth will feel clean and fresh, and you will not be tempted to get it "dirty" again.

I tend to brush my teeth after dinner, or after my last meal of the day. Then when hubby tries to tempt me with sweets, I have a good reason to decline. Works wonders for my attempts to diet, lol!

I find that if I brush my teeth and use mouthwash after meals (supper especially), I am less likely to snack after meals.
