How do I get melted wax from a candle off of the stucco on the house?

The only thing I can think of is to heat it up with a blow dryer on high/hot with one hand (you may need to use an extension cord) and rub the wax as it melts with a rag with the other hand. It may or may not remove all the residue but it's worth a try.
