Seven-Up Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 (7oz.) 7-Up
• 1 pkg. lime gelatin (3oz.)
• 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (3oz.)
• 1/4 lb. pkg. reg. size marshmallows
• 1 crushed pineapple (1lb.), do not drain

• 3/4 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup Cool Whip

Directions:

Cook over medium heat, the 7-Up and marshmallows till dissolved. Add gelatin and stir till dissolved. Combine cream cheese with the cooked mixture. Add the undrained pineapple and nuts. Let partially set. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate until firm.
