I bought one at Shopko a couple years ago. It was foam on one side, and a teflon safe scratcher on the other side. The scratcher had grooves like the grill.
I can't find a site on the new now, but at one time I saw where you could buy a pkg of two at Linen N Things. You might call them.

You can buy a pack of 3 at Target. They are in the area where the George Foreman grills are sold.
