Mix ingredients in the order they are listed. Bake on hot greased griddle. I use about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. When top of pancake is covered with bubbles, turn and brown on the second side. Serve with Hot Blueberry sauce. To make waffles: Follow the directions above, but separate the eggs, whip the whites until stiff and fold into batter just before baking in the waffle iron.
