Does anyone have a pattern or directions for making a jacket from men's ties?

Google it and see if you can find the answer.
You can make "fabric" out of the ties by taking them apart, sewing them together, and the using the "fabric" to make the jacket. If you want to do this, google making tie skirts or tie quilts for directions on creating the "fabric". An easier alternative could be to get a lightweight jacket (maybe from a thrift store) and then cover the jacket with the ties in a design. I have done this with a jeans jacket, covering the collar and cuffs, and making a large starburst/flower on the back with the larger pointed ends of ties, and a smaller starburst/flower on the front with the narrow ends.
