A woman after my own heart, Barb! My Papa (grampa) came from Greece so I obviously love Greek foods! Will give your recipe a try using the mayonaisse but maybe you'll try the varient of using 1 1/2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar instead of the mayonaisse and we can compare notes?
