Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 2 potatoes (grated)
- 2-3 carrots (grated)
- 2 celery sticks (diced)
- 2 cans bean sprouts
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki
- 1/2 5. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand in a large bowl. Spoon portions of mixture into wonton wrap. Fold the wrap into a triangle. Seal. Fry.
