Old-Fashioned Coconut Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup coconut
• 1 cup milk
• 1 pinch flour
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1 cup sugar
• pinch of salt
• 1/2 stick butter, browned

Directions

Mix ingredients and pour into uncooked pie shell. Dust nutmeg over the top if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F until set, about 30 minutes.
