I'm only 19 but have a great (quick and easy) recipe that's really tasty! You can vary your own measurements to taste.
*Ground beef
Cook pasta, then drain in colander. Add onion and garlic to hot oiled pot (same pot as pasta). While they are browning, add mince.
When mince is browned, move it into a large casserole dish. Add sour cream, tomato paste and salt and pepper. Microwave for 5 minutes on high.
Add pasta, stir through well. Microwave another 5 minutes on high.
Top with cheese and microwave for a final 5 minutes. Enjoy!
You can also add the ingredients in the saucepan (but it makes for more mess!), and can use the oven instead of the microwave.
Cheers, hope you enjoy it!

Thank you very much.
This recipe was in the cookbook I was given along with my first microwave and became a staple for many years when I first left home. I have been looking for it for some time. Thank you.
