It's going to be time to be freezing corn in our area before we know it! There is nothing better than Iowa sweet corn, especially in the cold winter time. It's a great reminder of summer!
Ingredients:
- 20 cups corn, cut from cob, scrape juice
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups water
Directions:
Bring to a boil. Cool to freeze.
