I am trying to find a way to conceal the faded hemline on a pair of expensive jeans. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to blend in the same color at this faded line so as to match the rest of the pant? I don't want to dye the entire pair of pants, just the faded hemline. Thanks!

I have used ball point pens with a dark blue color as close as I could get (& sometimes I also added some black.) Then apply some rubbing alcohol or inexpensive cologne/body spray to blend the ink into the fabric. Do this until the hem is back to the original color (or so close no one would notice.)
If u do decide to use markers for this, make sure they are the permanent kind. Try heat-sealing it with an iron(no steam) as well. Or get fabric markers(Walmart has them)of the closest color match (or combine blue and black) and follow instructions with the markers.
Jeans are supposed to look worn and faded. I wouldn't bother.
