Product Recall: Four Paws Pimple Ball Dog Toy

Product Recall: Four Paws Pimple Ball

There is a defect in the Four Paws Pimple Ball with Bell, which can cause the dog's tongue to be sucked into the ball and seriously injured. One dog had to have his tongue amputated!

The website also has photos of the balls if you look around a little.

Many thanks,

Patty

I read about this 'Pimple Ball' just a few weeks ago and wish I still had the actual news report link to share but did find this just now ... It's a short blog and speaks volumes of what I read in the news story ...

Sorry to burst anyone's bubble but this company is simply doing PR management/backtracking and probably could give a rip or else they would have recalled the Pimple Ball years ago ... I guess what I am saying is please don't order any of their other products for safety sake ...
