Counter Top Paper Towel Holder Uses

When we moved into a house there was a paper towel holder installed in the kitchen and I no longer needed my countertop paper towel holder. I discovered that it was very handy in the bathroom to hold extra rolls of toilet tissue.

I love the idea for using the extra holder for storing toilet paper. Another good use for an extra counter top paper towel holder: put it out in your bathroom with pretty paper towels when you have guests. I don't have any nice guest towels -- and frankly always felt guilty about using them in someone elses home.

I have an extra counter paper towel holder and lots of rolls of ribbons. The rolls fit nicely on the holder and really is convenient especially at Chirstmas time!

I use my extra counter top paper towel holder for balls of Knit Crosheen when crocheting doilies, etc. A heavier one is best (mine is marble) so it doesn't tip over when pulling on the thread.

I just have to say thank you for passing on this idea vinnyswoman I have been trying to think of something to use in the bathroom for extra rolls of tp and since money has been tight lately I have wanted to find something I already have to convert into a tp holder, and I just realized when I read your tip that I have an old one in my garage that I could use. thank you :) God bless

Jean, I went to the store and bought a $1 paper towel holder and hung it on the bathroom and kitchen walls. It worked great in saving my towels from being used.
