Hi Jean,
We have a wonderful friend who is a diabetic now (was just recently diagnosed) and she has a really sweet tooth. She and I used to make Date-Nut Bread together, so I know she loves dates.
She doesn't do computers though, so I'm going to print this out and send it to her in regular mail. It sounds so good.
Thanks for sharing this recipe. How about a few more good diabetic sweets if you have them. Tried and True. ww
Jean: You live not too far from me Niagara Falls. This recipe sounds too easy to be true. Would be good for my picky grandson dates are good for you. I would also like more recipes. Thanks, Bonnie - N.F. Canada.
