It's apple season!
Mix apple juice concentrate, honey, lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat about three minutes, stirring constantly. Set aside one cup to use as sauce, use remaining for baste.
Put apple rings on grill and brush with basting sauce. Grill eight minutes, basting consistently. Turn apples over and baste and grill for eight to ten minutes, or until tender.
Meanwhile, place chicken on grill and brush with basting sauce. Grill for five minutes, basting often; turn and grill for an additional five to seven minutes or until internal juices run clear.
Serve chicken and apples with reserved sauce and steamed veggies (green beans, carrots, yellow bell peppers).

This is going to be one of my very first things to put on the grill this fall. It's just way too hot to do anything outside for us still, but this recipe surely does sound good. I'm looking forward to it.
