Canning Cobbler?

I need to can a cobbler. Do I just make the cobbler then can it as usual?

I have read that trying to can floured goods won't work because the floud is too dense to really get enough heat into it to process it thoroughly. You may find some old recipes about how to do so (apparently the change was moderately recently) but like many other old ways of canning, this one has apparently been decided unsafe. That being said, if you haven't yet made the cobbler, you could can the fruit, and then if gifting, just add the dry ingredients in a package along with instructions on how people can do it themselves at home. :) Best of luck to you, and can safely!
