If you are talking about the electric scooters that the elderly and disabled use, and you are on medicare, call either The Scooter Store or Hoveround. You see their ads on TV all the time. If you qualify and are on medicare, you don't need buy now, pay later. One thing to consider with the buy now, pay later places is you end up paying an awful lot of interest. I'm sure most local places that sell those items would let you make payments, with a financing plan, the same as if you bought a car. Or else if you have a credit card, use that, but you still have the interest that adds a lot to the total cost. Depending on the size of the person that needs the item, if a person is a large(obese) size, the scooter or power chair can cost more than a $1,000.00. That is why I suggest if the person is on medicare, that you call one of the places that advertise on TV. The Scoooter Store phone number is 1-800-251-6185.
