Mix all dry ingredients together. Add apples and mix. Add oil and eggs; mix. Bake at 325 for 1 hour in a 9x13 pan. Very good served with a little Cool Whip.

Cook only until sugars dissolve. Can also be served with whipped topping.

Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon. Beat eggs and sugars until creamy. Add oil and vanilla, beating until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix until stiff dough forms. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan, 13x9x2 inch pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or until done. This is very moist. Serves 16

Beat sugar and eggs together for 3 minutes. Add oil. Add remaining dry ingredients; beat on high for two minutes. Add the apples, raisins, and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
In a bowl, mix together the topping ingredients and sprinkle on the top of the cake before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cake is also good without the topping.
