Ingredients
Directions
Brown turkey, peppers and onions. Drain any excess fat. Add mushrooms and tomato sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
While meat mixture is simmering, prepare penne according to package directions. Drain. Stir into meat mixture until pasta is thoroughly coated with sauce.
Top with cheese and serve. Makes about 4 servings.

We've tried using ground turkey meat in different dishes for years. We've decided that we prefer the ground turkey roll sausage better in every dish, whether it be meatloaf, hamburger skillet dishes, or even tacos, etc. Your recipe they posted sounds like it might even be better with the ground turkey sausage. We've found the prices to be the same as the plain ground turkey.
