I feed Rachel Kitty a small teaspoon of either sour cream or plain cream cheese every morning and she has only thrown up one tiny fur ball in well over a year. She used to have horrid problems with the fur balls but no more and she thinks the sour cream or cream cheese is a treat. ;-)
