Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:

• 2 eggs
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 cup vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
• 2 tsp. salt
• dash pepper
• 1 cup cream

Directions:

Stir constantly while heating until thick, then let cool. Good on sliced tomatoes or salad.
