Roughly chop candy bars. In saucepan, melt candy with milk, stirring constantly over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat immediately. Stir in cereal. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment or wax paper, making about 40 mounds. Cool 5-10 minutes or until cool enough to handle. With buttered fingers, roll mounds into 1 inch balls. Roll in chopped nuts and/or confectioners sugar (these 2 ingredients are both optional).
