This is a great way to use leftover holiday turkey!
Ingredients:
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups cooked and diced turkey
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups turkey or chicken broth, or milk
- 1/4 lb. cubed American cheese
- 1 small can mushrooms
- toasted bread crumbs, opt.
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Can put toasted bread crumbs on top, if desired.
