What is Neem Oil made of? Does anyone have a recipe for this organic fungicide?

It doesn't sound to me like you can make your own but you can buy the neem oil and make your own spray for the fungicide from what I gather.
"Neem oil, also called neem seed oil or neem tree oil, is the oil pressed from the seed kernels of the neem tree. Neem is a tropical, evergreen tree that originated in India."
