Determining the Date a Site Was Established Using Java Code?

If it's a static site, a personal site. Is there any java code we can type into the address bar to get the time that it was established or first updated? I know you can find out when it was last updated. How about first established?

I just know of the 'last updated' one.

You could look on sites like www.whois.net/ but it would really only tell you how long they have had their domain.

Or try looking at the Wayback Machine www.archive.org/ to see how far back their archives go. Still would be only an estimate and not all pages are included on that site.
