I found a hole in my hold-up stockings and nearly binned them. Then I decided to cut off the stocking part with scissors, which came off neatly and was left with a nice lacey band. I now use it as an "Alice" band to keep my hair out of my eyes when doing housework or when washing my face. I love it!
