Have you Googled the blanket manufacturer to find the website? Most manufacturers have a website, and on the website they sell replacement parts.
Sunbeam doesn't. I need a replacement control cord for my heated throw and they only offer product support & order support. No actual parts.
When my controllers stop working, I have had luck finding a replacement at Salvation Army Store or the like. I take the blanket itself or the controller so I can get the exact same replacement and try it out and make sure it works.
