Attaching a Table Skirt?

My desk is one of the long fold-able tables like you buy at Walmart or Sam's. It appears to be made of hard plastic type material.

I'm wanting to make a skirt that hides all the computer wires under the table and store some supplies out of site. I thought about just draping a sheet over the table, but then I've have to remove it in order to dust. And that sounds tacky. What can I use to attach the fabric to the edges of the table; Velcro, double sided tape?
