To make a batch of puffy paint, simply mix equal parts of shaving cream and Elmer's glue. Add food coloring, a few drops at a time, until you get the desired color. Apply the glue to heavy paper using a sponge brush. Let the painting dry before moving it.

It may be a dumb question, but will it hold up through washings & handling in general? Can you use it, for instance, for a flowerpot design? Not having kids, I don't know what puffy paint is used for. Thanks.
